Return Policy

At Ethnik, we take pride in delivering premium quality sarees and traditional wear to our customers. We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product, and we have designed our return policy to be simple, fair, and customer-friendly.

Return Window

You can initiate a return within 7 days from the date of delivery. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted unless the product is defective or damaged.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product is received in a damaged or defective condition
  • The product received is different from what was ordered (wrong product)
  • The product has manufacturing defects
  • The product color or design significantly differs from the website images
  • The product has quality issues or stains that were not visible in product images

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that we cannot accept returns for:

  • Products that have been used, washed, or altered
  • Products without original tags and packaging
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse
  • Custom-made or personalized orders
  • Products purchased during clearance or flash sales (unless defective)
  • Minor color variations due to screen resolution differences

Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Return

Step 2: Inspection

Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours. If approved, we will arrange for pickup or provide you with return shipping instructions.

Step 3: Product Pickup

Our logistics partner will pick up the product from your address. Please ensure the product is unused and in original packaging with all tags attached.

Step 4: Quality Check

Once we receive the returned product, our quality team will inspect it within 3-5 business days to verify the return reason.

Important Guidelines

  • Products must be returned in their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact
  • Please take clear photos of the product before handing it over for return
  • Keep the invoice and delivery receipt safe until the return is processed
  • Do not remove any security tags or labels until you are sure you want to keep the product
  • For damaged products, report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with photos

Return Shipping

For Damaged/Defective Products: We provide free return shipping. Our logistics partner will pick up the product from your address at no additional cost.

For Other Reasons: Return shipping charges may apply and will be deducted from your refund amount.

Exchange Option

Instead of a refund, you can also opt for an exchange:

  • Exchange for the same product in a different color/size (if available)
  • Exchange for a different product of equal or higher value
  • If exchanging for a higher value product, you will need to pay the difference

Processing Time

Returns are typically processed within 7-10 business days from the date we receive the product. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed and the refund has been initiated.
